These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Bundle Up Baby, including its mobile app, web companion, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the family members you authorize. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide information about any child whose profile you create. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, for all activity that occurs through your account, and for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and current. We may require parent verification before enabling child-data tools.
2. The Service
Bundle Up Baby provides weather-aware clothing planning, wardrobe organization, trip planning, family access, notification, and related features. Recommendations depend on data supplied by users and third parties, including weather providers. They are general planning suggestions only and do not replace a parent's judgment, medical advice, childcare advice, safety guidance, car-seat instructions, venue requirements, or local laws.
3. Family Access and User Content
You may invite trusted adults to view or manage limited family information. You are responsible for assigning an appropriate role, reviewing access regularly, and removing access when it is no longer appropriate. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the features you choose to use.
You may not upload content you do not have permission to use, submit unnecessary sensitive child information, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, engage in unlawful conduct, or use the service to harm, harass, spam, deceive, or exploit another person.
4. Purchases, Marketplace, and Affiliate Links
The current Android closed beta does not offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or collect payment information. If paid features are introduced later, the applicable app store will process billing, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and payment disputes under its own terms. We may change product offerings or pricing with notice where required.
Community, marketplace, swaps, meetups, and shopping features are optional. You are responsible for your own listings, communications, meetups, garment checks, recalls, purchases, and transactions. Bundle Up Baby is not a party to a user-to-user transaction or a merchant sale. Shopping suggestions may include affiliate links that can earn us compensation; merchant prices, availability, checkout, shipping, returns, and product claims remain the merchant's responsibility.
5. Availability, Changes, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve the service, or respond to operational needs. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, when required by law, or to protect users and the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time, subject to the data-retention terms described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that forecasts, recommendations, third-party services, or any feature will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. Always check a child's comfort and safety in the actual conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LakeSide Bunny Inc and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing Terms and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider's principal place of business, except where a different law is required by a consumer-protection rule that applies to you.
