Bundle Up Baby is a weather-aware clothing planning service for parents and legal guardians. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to adult account holders.
From you (the adult account holder): Email, display name, adult date of birth for age verification, authentication records, preferences, support communications, and account activity needed to run the service.
About a child profile: A name or nickname, date of birth, size and comfort settings, wardrobe details, optional clothing or milestone photos, and the recommendations and plans you choose to save.
Location: Device or manually entered location is used for weather and trip planning. We do not require a separate child location. Weather providers receive the location needed to return a forecast.
Photos: Photos are optional. The app attempts to remove unnecessary location metadata before upload or storage.
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide weather and outfit guidance, synchronize wardrobes and settings, operate optional community, marketplace, trip, notification, and support features, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We use service providers for authentication, database hosting, storage, weather, payments, messaging, and support. We do not sell personal information or child-related information and do not use child-related information for behavioral advertising.
When shopping is enabled, product cards may contain affiliate links. Link measurement uses PII-free product and placement identifiers. Opening a link sends ordinary request data to the affiliate network or merchant; no child name, date of birth, photo, measurement, or precise location is placed in the affiliate sub-ID. The destination service's privacy policy then applies.
Bundle Up Baby is designed for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. An adult controls the account and decides what child-related information to provide. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts or provide personal information directly.
We keep account and feature data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Following an account-deletion request, we delete or de-identify associated data subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, and backup obligations.
We use encrypted transport, authentication controls, row-level access rules, private storage controls, and secure device storage where supported. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can review and correct supported data, change permissions and notification preferences, export supported account data, remove photos, and request account deletion in Settings. Depending on where you live, additional access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection rights may apply.
